Very nice play pens for our small and medium size dogs. We have bought three sets,two 32 in tall, and one 40 in tall, but found we really only liked the 32 in tall units, because we use them as a yard fence around our trailer while out camping.We also found the coating can start to rust somewhat sooner then I expected, but not too badly and can easily be touched up with some hammered effect spray paint (found here: Rust-Oleum 271481 Universal All Surface Spray Paint, 12-Ounce, Forged Hammered Antique Pewter).After ordering and using three 8 ft sections, we have found that the units arrived shipped with two "different gauge" wire pole panel connecting rods, the first came with a ball top, and that the thinner gauge (with looped end) that came with the second set, works much better and faster then the thicker, for slipping through the connector loops.And the latches came in different as well; the first set with a hooked end (also had the heavier gauge rods), and the second set with straight end that pass through the gate latches.The hooked end was a bit of a hassle and the straigt one is much more comfortable to use and still works just fine. The first set with the hooked end on the gate latch was so hard to work with, our Daughter actually broke the weld on what is the loop handle to the pass through wire of the locking latch completely off (bad weld?) and had to be replaced ( I chose to use the National Hardware V800 2-1/2" Sliding Door Latch in Nickel) and needed toi add a piece of galvanized metal to the wire frame, to space and hold the second set of holes needed to mount the sliding door latch.Also keeping "all" the panels either facing in or facing out when assembling is important, as the connecting loops are stacked high/low and only work well when the wire grate is facing the same way. For long runs over three/four panels? You may want to zig/zag every other section a bit to help stabilize the overall run. We have found, right angles will not be pushed or moved when staked. in the ground, or placed on hard surfaces.Our two terriers are cunning and one is quite the jumper, and the biggest of ours is a stout pusher/nudger; nonetheless none of them have been able to escape or push-over the pen when properly set up as shown in the diagrams on site or in the literature.I was looking for a playpen for my Jap Spitz pup , and I looked here on Amazon and was blessed to have found this seller with this item. I am a little skeptical because there were no reviews from this seller. However , I took a gamble and am very pleased with the results. The package arrived immediately , and in very good condition. The seller made sure it contained all the parts. The playpen was constructed well , and is very durable and heavy. It doesn't topple over because the weight holds it up. Very pleased with this seller and item and would highly recommend it to everyone. And they have the best price for the same item on the market. I LOVE IT ! , MY Pup LOVES IT TOO. She settled in quite quickly and felt immediately at home. For indoor use , I just placed a Vinyl Flooring under it to make it easier to clean when there are accidents , and to keep the apartment carpet clean.I use this for black lab pups, I have 40 inch model. Walk through door is nice, wish it was a little higher, have escapees because easy for them to crawl over the door opening when door is opened. Product is heavy duty enough that the pups can not move it around or tip it like they can with some of the other pet pens. Also most pens are eight 2 foot panels (16 sq feet), while this has 31 inch panels (25 sq feet), so get little extra room as the pups get bigger.When I received the product, box was in very rough shape from shipping, but customer service replaced the two connecting rods that had fallen out as well as the panel that was rusty.OK so I saw some people saying this wasn't good for outdoors - ours is in the garage so I can't speak to that. We have 2 scotties and this is for them to be contained in the garage while we are at work. We haven't had any trouble with them moving it around and it seems to be a decent enough size for them for 6 hours a day. Plus, it is so easy to put together and take apart that when we have gone away for the weekend it is easy enough to throw in the car with us that there is an easy containment system for them when we stay at someone's house on a visit. Our dogs are only 14 and 20lbs though, so I can see how it might not be enough for a bigger dog.This is a great gate system and it would have 5 stars except one of the handles broke off of a gate almost immediately. The door is still usable but a little harder to grasp. We put it around our chicken coop and run to keep the dogs farther away and it has worked very well, plus when we need to move it we can. It would be nice if the connecting poles were a little heavier-duty, but it is working just fine and the price was very good. I would purchase again in an instant.This is a freaking awesome product! Exactly what I wanted to coral my chickens and be able to move around the yard for new grass. The door is ridculously small but I bout the 42" size and put a tarp over it to keep the birds from flying over. I can take it apart and move it in any configuration I want which is perfect. I bought two sets and I love it. Easy to put together and while it's easier with two people I can put it together myself with the little wire bars. So happy with this purchase!So I purchased this as a add on to my ducks coop. They were growing out of it FAST. I was so excited when it showed up. It was all in great condition and I put it together by myself. It is rather sturdy but I went ahead and bonded it with more wire for the west Texas winds since its main use will be outside. I will definetly be buying another one to extend it even more but in the meantime I still give it a thumbs up. ????????????????????Wonderful pin keeos my little dog contained when i am at work, plenty of room to put water, his little house, some toys and some shade, pretty color and seems good built, these things are made in china so be careful when handling it, i broke one of the handles the first day so just careful.
